Swiss Cheese Dip

I made this dip for one of the many wonderful family Christmas gatherings we attended and it was gone in a flash.


Apparently people like Swiss cheese?


I don't have a picture of the baked dip because it was gone about three seconds after I took it out of the oven.


That, and my camera broke.  Oh, well.

Swiss Cheese Dip

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch scallions, chopped
Ritz crackers, for serving

Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 8x8 baking dish.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until bubbly.  Serve with crackers.
